My girlfriend doing a PhD in History of Art with the University of Granada, we have been to this building a few time. It is worth a short visit.

Not much time need to view this building. Moroccan influence abound- considering it dates back to the early 16th c it has been restored well and was happy to pay to maintain the upkeep for further generations. Be a great place to study !

The Universidad de Granada occupies the Hospital Real that was founded by the Catholic Kings in 1504. In the garden in front there is the bust of Carlos V, who founded the university. The building has several beautiful patios and there is an art gallery...More
