Charming guide who vividly described Falla's life. I don't know whether tours are available in languages other than Spanish but, even as a novice in Spanish, I found her easy to understand. She tipped us off about taking coffee on the veranda of the Alhambra...More

A long walk up the hill (or take a taxi) but well worth it. Lovely little house/gardens in the shadow of the Alhambra where the composer spent many years of his life. Only 3 Euros entrance or 1 Euro for pensioners, students and enemployed.

I didn't have the chance to visit the place. I talked with some people living close by, and they told me they hadn't seen the place open at least during the last year!

Situated on the hill opposite the Alhambra this museum is very interesting. We arrived there on a Saturday morning to find a free lunchtime concert in the garden which was a real treat.

This little jewel of a house with its artefacts and the tour guide is lovely, and gives you an idea about the composer, and his very artistic friends and colleagues, and also another view of the era in which he lived. It is well worth...More

We turned up at 10:00am after failing to get tickets into Alhambra. For some reason entry was free instead of the usual €3. We were the only 2 people there and spent 45 minutes or more in this amazing time-machine of a place. If you...More

Very interesting museum with the rooms well preserved. Very knowledgeable and accommodating lady working at the museum who gave a tour of the house in English. Many little facts and anecdotes which really brought De Falla to life. Excellent value for money at €3 per...More
