We went to the wonderfully aesthetically built Teatro Cerventes, to see a performance of Swan Lake by the St Petersburg Ballet Company. Whilst we are not avid ballet lovers (this was our first one), we couldn't resist a visit to this revered theatre. And we...More

Went to see a ballet (not very good). The theatre itself is very pretty and quite spacious inside. Our seats, in pareo 1, were strange - a fairly cramped little box, with High stools (uncomfortable) to sit on. It was also quite hot. Sorry to...More

Lovely old Theatre, beautiful interior and the layout is superb, the interior set-up is like you see in old films from bygone times, we booked and were treated to a mixture of music.

We saw the Malaga Philharmonic here. Well played out theatre seating and ornately decorated. Theatre is in a good location for bars and restaurants for pre/post show refreshments. Shame the theatre doesn't appear to have a bar itself but not much of a hardship as...More
