Very pleasant to walk around. There are good toilets. People wait in the corridors to do town business. The lift is slow-moving, without a door and doesn't stop. Fascinating to ride.

Basically an elevator. But instead of a single car that goes to the floor required, it is a series of open cars (no front doors) that make a non-stop, continous circle. One simply hops on and off at the desired floor.
