It is small and different than anything else in Trier, but it has its own style. I came across it while trying to locate Karl Marx house, and wished it was open to see it from inside. Its beauty stems from its simplicity.

It's such a pity that this church is closed outside its mass rituals, but then, it's maybe better, because it is not "invaded" by tourists. This is a true gem, off the beaten path, perfect for those who want to experience Trier like a local....More

If one wants to see its interior one needs to do so when mass is going on, as normaly outside those the church is closed. Must say it is really worth the effort as it is one of the most charming church interiors in Trier....More
