And that says it all. If this is considered to be the “interesting” neighborhood in Frankfurt, then God help Frankfurt. So no need to leave your hotel after your business conference or meeting. Sachsenhausen is a nothing burger. Eat in your hotel and thank me...More

A good night out over the weekend! Good bars and restaurants and local character, this is my favorite part of Frankfurt to hang out in. And Frankfurt too my favourite city!

The historic district of Frankfurt is home to the Museumsurfer embankment and some of the oldest wine houses of the city. The area was partially damaged during the second world war but manages to retain its old world charm. Definitely worth a visit.

Especially at night when going out, this neighbourhood is amazing. I came here with 2 American friends and oh boy we drank quite a lot in different bars but it was tons of fun!

Our hotel was located in this part of town. Has many bars, restaurants and shops. Hung around the open air eateries at night enjoying the warm climate.

We found Sachsenhausen was a hard place to find, but very nice when we finally found it with plenty of bars and eating places. The cobbled streets and old style houses were really nice to see. It was freezing cold when we were there but...More
