A very moving memorial, especially because it is so understated. All that you find are lists of trains with the dates of deportation and how many "passengers" it carried and where the train went. Take the S7 in direction Potsdam, get off at Grunewald, take...More

This is a wonderful monument to those that lost their lives during WW2. Beautifully done it is a visual of what lives were lost. Such a sad time in the worlds history.

The last remainder of a tragedy that still burns. A very sad page of European history well preserved in its essence. Worth a visit.

A bit outside of town but so well worth the trip. From this point the Jews of Berlin were shipped to concentration camps by rail. Very simply done, with brass plates showing the dates, destinations, and number of people transported.

This is a very little-known place in Berlin. Those who are insisting to have a detailed history on the Jews may get a chance to visit this place. It’s quite interesting and heart breaking to see the iron plates on both sides which says how...More

If you want to walk around, exploring the area than it is worth going there. A good reminder, but sad as well. Pay attention that we all play a part how we interact with each other.
