We walked through the gap on the east side where there was a lot of graffiti, then walked back and so the incredible art work from the east side gallery. well worth seeing.

Interesting place - rich in history. The visit only lasted about 10 minuts. Part of a lager area. Definitely worth a visit.

We visited as part of a Cold War Tour and were there with a guide which gave us additional insights. Would have still been worth visiting if alone. The attached museum was interesting and informative. If visiting alone be sure to pick up some literature...More

Take the U8 to Bernauer Str then you can walk down towards the museum, you can walk along parts of the wall still standing and where the church was demolished to build the wall. Get a day ticket for the U and S Bahn €7.00

Yes there are many gift shops to the side of the wall. I purchased some from the gift shop on the side of check point Charlie

No need for booking. It is an open public space. I suggest planning to spend an hour or so, to view the various memorials and fully experience the site. Then, cross the street to the visitor center, also free, where you can... More
