There are some nice restaurants in the area, and the quake is beautiful. It is a bit of an expensive area though. But nice as a place to see during a walk around the city.

One of Berlin's most beautiful plazas. There are 2 churches...one at each end of the plaza/square and a concert hall in the middle. The square at Christmas is spectacular.

This is perhaps the most attractive of the squares in Berlin - certainly much better than Alexanderplatz or Potsdamerplatz. Here you can see the French cathedral at one end, the German cathedral at the other and the Konzerthaus in the middle. Definitely worth a visit.

Not a lot to see here but a must do. When the markets are on they are usually in this square which is really fun. You can pick up the bus tours and horse and buggy tours from here.

The centre of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights
