This strikes me as a slightly over-hyped tourist objective. Doesn't take long to take in what's offered: great views of the river and Fortress Marienburg across the river Main from the Stadtmitte.

What a nice pedestrian bridge! It extends across the Main River, has eight arches beneath and statues of 12 saints, one of which is of Charlemagne. It offers nice views of the town but especially of the Marienberg Fortesss above. Purchase a glass of wine...More

Great spot to view the Main River, die Altstadt, und die Burg or Schloss overlooking the city. A great little wine purveyor on the bridge sells wine by the glass.

This isn't just a bridge but a meeting place for the townspeople to gossip while enjoying one (or many) glasses of the region's excellent white wine. Similarly to its sister in Prague, it is lined with statues of the city's Prince Bishops - all wearing...More

A beautiful bridge that provides the Wurzburg money shot views of the city and castle. On a warm sunny evening locals and tourists sit on the bridge drinking wine. Favourite part of the city

Great place at the Main River, not only is the bridge with the 12 saints statues. There are two places where you can get a glass of wine "to go", so you can drink in on the bridge...
