We enjoyed our two meals at Handwerkerhof. The waitresses were very friendly and the beer was top class, especially the dunkel beer. If we return to Nuremberg we will certainly visit again.

It's a very small area with a few nice looking kellers (didn't look expensive) and a few handicraft shops selling wooden, leather etc goods. Doesn't take long to go round but not inspired and thought it would be much bigger. All done in 20 mins.

This area has gotten very touristy in the last 15 years. The items for sale are more expensive than they should be. You will find better and less expensive items in the market.

The shops are located in a castle tower, and have a magical atmosphere about them. The shops themselves have amazing handcrafted items, as well as some basic souvenirs. The people running the shops are very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended.

The Handwerkhof has a number of fairy tale reminding shops that provide fine crafted items to consider taking home. My wife found a handmade leather laptop computer bag that can also double as an everyday bag that she wanted. Of course the good husband understood...More

These shops were on our route to the city centre. There construction and crafts that were on display were excellent.

This is directly across from the train station. Has a few little curio like shops and some little cute store selling cute handmade items. Not a destination but certainly worth a wee visit in passing.
