The Juliet Capulet Statue was a gift to the city of Munich from the city of Verona in 1974. It is situated just beside the Altes Rathaus near Sparkassestrasse. The statue is a replica of the original in Verona. You'll quickly notice the shiny right...More

Yes this is fine, and by all means rub the well polished breast for good luck. But don't make a trip for this, it is just after all a bronze statute. Marginally better than the little mermaid in Copenhagen - but only just.

The statue is located in city centre near Mariensplatz. It is a gift that Germany received from Italy. A lot of people take photo holding her breast, apparently it is lucky!

Bronze statue given as a gift to Munich from Italy, supposed to bring lunch by touching her breast! Easy to find just off the main square from city hall! Worth the effort to find!

Interesting statue of Juliet from Verona (this was a special gift to Munich from Italy). She always gets different flowers, the statue itself looks beautiful. Rather interesting place, worth a look!

The Statue of Juliet Capulet is a photo point most people take, while touching her right breast, which is now polished from thousands of people touching it. Apparently it's lucky to do so.

The statue is located near the Altes Rathus(Old Town Hall) and just takes a few minutes to stop & admire it. What is interesting is that men are taking a picture w/ it by grasping the right breast (that is why the right breast is...More
