Located at the Marienplatz, this building has a neo-gothic design. It does not matter the season of the year, it looks outstanding. Just beautiful!

The Bavarian architecture is stunning in the courtyard especially. Went to the top of the tower at the new town hall. It was so worth it! The view of Munich is amazing.

A massive and beautiful building dominating Marienplatz .It is adjacent to the clock tower and there are many lovely historical buildings just outside the square. The whole area is great for those who like to explore on foot.,

It is in Marienplatz which is a busy square with several other tourist attractions and a shopping area. There are cafes and restaurants including one in the Rathaus itself.
