If you want a break from the small shops in Vieux Lyon or are looking for some of the bigger names of shops, this is the place to go! Our girls were wowed by Printemps, Hema, Tiger, H & M. and several other brand names!

I don't go to France to shop. We have plenty of great stores back in the States. But I thoroughly enjoy walking on pedestrian malls to see what brands are popular in Europe, and take in the sights and sounds. We were captivated by a...More

Most of it is closed to traffic (i.e. pedestrians only). If you like to shop, then a leisurely stroll down this avenue is a must. Summer features include a carousel and lovely fountain (pictured). You'll find Starbucks here, too.

This street had standard chain stores on our with McDonald's on the end by Place Bellrcour. Nothing super special. The two steets to the west are more upscale.

The street is the artery of the presqu'ile and provides spacious pavements - it serves all shoppers for the abundance of commerce. It is part of the UNESCO heritage site of Lyon.

Lovely fountain and shops make this a desirable spot to visit. One of the iconic parts of the Presq'Ile. Walked through it several times during our stay in Lyon. Always seemed clean and Chic.

Probably the most important road in the centre of Lyon for shopping and administrative offices of all major companies operating in the city.
