Well worth giving over a bit of time to this place, if the weather is good. Really picturesque with the small church in the foreground and the jagged peaks all around. Plenty of parking nearby for quick access to a short walk.

Free of charge, sheltered. A perfect place to spend some time on a hot summer day! The water is very, very cold (running down from a glacier) but the kids love it!

Beautiful stop if you are in Chamonix or heading to Lac Blanc. This entire area is gorgeous in the Spring, with colorful flowers blooming, brightly painted Chateau homes and the lovely back drop of the Alps.
