For a modest €3 you can view this interesting chapel decorated by Cocteau in the 1950’s. English translations for everything. Don't miss it. Then go and see the Cocteau museum in Menton.

I don't even like Cocteau, but you have to give it to him here, the whole chapel created an amazing space. It was a delight

I really enjoyed the art inside the chapel but you’d have to be a Cocteau fan to find it interesting, as it’s so small and only takes 10 minutes to view. The lady taking the entrance fee was beyond surley. I paid in coins with...More

Not much to do here so don't plan on spending a lot of time. The artwork inside is interesting, as is the history, but there is a 3 euro pp charge to come in and you cannot take pictures. We paid and took in everything...More

I loved this church for several reasons...it is tiny and the art work on the wall is incredible. I think I paid 3 euros for admission. A bargain! The church is located in one of my favorite villes on the cote d'azur....Villefranche-sur-Mer. I went to...More

My advice is not to research this little church and just enter as we did. Quite special...but only disappointment was not being able to photograph (the excuse given, that it is owned by the fisherman, was a bit strange).

I honestly wasn’t particularly impressed by this chapel’s artwork. There is some nice work with colours (turquoise in particular) on the side which stands in front of the main door but, apart from that, nothing that made me think this was particularly worth the entrance...More
