The promenade is nice, it isn't very long, so you couldn't really use it specifically for jogging or biking as a route in its entirety. Not worth going out of your way to see, but nice if you are in the area.

As this is in the centar of city, just in a front of the city beach this will be unavoidable to see. Some day there is a flea market there, other evenings are other events, so for sure it will be something interesting very day.
