I took a couple of hours all in all, the house isn't big, the gardens are quite large but if you are visiting soon I doubt you want to stay outside for long as it is very, very hot at the moment.

I know nothing about night visits to the villa/. The walk from it to Beaulieu Sur Mer took us an hour. We walked 2km along the highway and 2km along the beach which was more pleasant.
