We missed the entrance, which is on the east side. Once inside you will find a small yard with a fountain in the middle. You also will find a couple of moderately-priced souvenir shops to spend a few Euros in.
Like most of the attractions in Arles, this is very central and definitely worth a quick look, although how long you linger may depend on whether/what exhibitions are being shown there. Very pretty little courtyard garden! Also has a cafe and various touristy gift shops...More
Standing in the former hospital where Van Gogh stayed after his tragic ear amputation places you in the time and place of this great but tragic figure. The garden inside the
walls of the hospital is basically the same as the Van Gogh paintings that...More
Gardens and buildings as they were when Van Gogh stayed and painted here; apart from the trees which have grown somewhat!

Hi.. Sorry, don't know as I saw an address. City doesn't seem to publicize it. But I was able to find it with the map here on TA. Click on this map, at upper right, and expand it out + several times... It's south of the Rue de la Republique, just where the walkway/narrow road jogs to the left, if you are going South... at beginning of Rue du President Wilson. It will be immediately on your right, thru a large doorway. Yellow walls, if memory serves... You might see some post card racks there, nearby.. But I remember no signs, to speak of... (We've been to Rijk's too, and seen his work all over US, and nearly every country in Europe) Good Luck. I loved Arles...! See my other reviews.
