Heaven, why can't they all be like this? England, take a page out of their book and also look at the service area at "Baie de Somme"

Summer can be very busy in Honfleur and we advise to book your accomodation in advance if possible. We are glad if we were able to help you and we will do it again if you come back.

We did not enter the building or have any dealings with the actual office of Tourism. However, we did explore the outside of the building. As you face the building there is an interesting brick "facade" to the left. Behind that brickwork is a rectangular...More

This pool is an old washing place indeed, and there are several in Honfleur. Two of them next to the tourist office.

All the staff we dealt with spoke good English and were very helpful. There were a good selection of guides to the town and places to eat.

Hi Heather. You're right, we do have super powers in Honfleur ;) In summer, a street map is the most common request indeed, we hand hundreds of them out every day.

Helpful multi-lingual staff, situated just out of the main port area so easy to find and well stocked with pamphlets of things to do not only in the town itself but also slightly further afield

At the tourist office we hired audio guides, for a self-guided walk around the town. These proved to be outstanding value at 3.50 euros each. The tour takes around 90 minutes.
