This museum is not open all day but it’s worth returning if it’s closed. It’s full of history and the rooms are a reflection of times gone by. Takes a good half an hour at least to go around. Photographers - great pictures of medieval...More

Having read other’s reviews I was keen to visit Musée du Vieux Honfleur, however despite clearly detailed opening hours, it was never open during these times. It is 6:30pm now and the Musée is supposed to be open until 10pm tonight however when I arrived...More

It boggles the mind how old this building is....go to learn about the history of Honfleur and how the timbered buildings lasted so long.

Just off the Vieux Bassin and a truly superb little museum of old Honfleur. The view from the entrance over to the harbour is truly picturesque and a cracking place for photos.

We bought a ticket for four museums and this was one of them. It was an interesting view of old Honfleur and how a merchant may have lived. Worth a visit if you have the time

This small museum is tucked away on a small street so you may have to search for it. It displays the living conditions of people during the middle ages. I have never seen anything like this museum; it is truly unique.

So one of your reviewers was too late to get in, and one ran away! We too, have only seen the outside, but that alone is worth pausing for. We did not realise it was a museum, but the outside is a beautiful sight. Old,...More
