The monument for the wartime dead is in the public square on the way to Sacred Heart Church from the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes. The monument is unique in style.

I just am not into history. With one of the most beautiful churches so close to this monument, I would recommend that the traveler spend his or her time, in the Church below, rather than reading about World War II. To me it is not...More
