THE VILLAGE OF LOURDES IN 1858 A wonderful reconstruction in stone based on the description from authentic documents. The visitor will be able to walk round the old lourdes of the time of the apparitions in a natural open landscape, with its houses, brooks and historical monuments reproduced in a beautiful garden of flowers and bonsais.

Le petit Lourdes is a toursit attraction and is a miniature model of Lourdes. Nice place to go for a change of scenery but nothing too special.

We had this expericence to ourselves! Admission is good value and also includes an audio tour of Saint Bernadette's life. We thoroughly enjoyed walking around the grounds of this wonderfully detailed model village of Lourdes set in 1800's.

Visited this lovely little place and great to see it is still open after so many years. Run by the grandson of the creator, a most pleasant guy who clearly shares his grandfathers passion.

Pleasantly surprised such a great piece of work. Certainly a credit to those involved. Even got umbrellas for a rainy day!
