This historic church may seem like most others of the era when viewed from an architectural point of view, but the real reason you should visit this church are the windows! Filled with swirling images in hues of blue, orange and purple they're a delight...More

This site was on the Michelin walking tour and was promising based on the Jean Cocteau stained glass windows described in the guide. We visited late afternoon on a Sunday hoping to avoid worship services. Unfortunately, their was a concert rehearsal for a major event...More

You'll need to use your google maps to find this self effacing church from the street entrance - but it's worth stepping inside just to see the fantastic stain glassed windows designed by Jean Cocteau. Stunning and you won't be elbowing other tourists out of...More

Fabulous stained glass designed by Cocteau which verge on the pagan. I was alone most of the time. I've seen a lot of Cocteau in France but had never heard about these windows.

There is no way to prepare the visitor for the experience of entering this church and seeing the vast array of stained glass windows on designs of Jean Cocteau. And while the windows themselves are a study in beauty and excellence, the light and atmosphere...More

Must visit place in Metz. This is very beautiful because its old and internal glass decoration is best i have seen so far. Like the place most.

A little bit off the typical tourist track this small church is most renowned for its stained glass windows designed by Jean Cocteau. The church is very and it is a great refuge to stop for a moment and reflect a bit.

You'd never know there is something particularly special in this church by walking by it. It's small, and not in the nicest neighborhood. Inside, also, is spartan, but nice. The stained-glass windows were designed by Jean Cocteau, but are only the ones located in the...More
