The village comes alive on a Wednesday, for the small town centre market, then it positively thrives on a Saturday for the full market. The sights and sounds are a delight. You can buy so many fabulous artisan products, from jams, cold meats and cheeses...More

A small nice topical village . Shops, restaurants , some old buildings , pedestrian streets . All restaurants open for the evening at 1900 , can't find one before .

Even at the end of September, this thriving market is busy and fascinating on both Wednesdays and the full market on Saturday. We were intrigued to see a nun in her black habit with a stand of the most beautiful organic wines and other products...More

Such fun shopping for the freshest fruits and vegetables, gorgeous cheese, meats and sausages as well as scarves, pottery, tablecloths, spices, olives and many, many more items.

Not only is Uzès an awesome place, due to its narrow medieval streets and charm, but the market offers an incredible range of scents, savours, colours, accents and French products. Don't miss to buy some olives, honey and even perfumed soaps.

Lovely food market every Wednesday and Saturday. If you are a lover of french local food, you will find a lot of goodies to take home or to make a nice lunch or dinner at your house. Very crowded especially on Saturdays!

The market, held on Saturday mornings, covers most of Uzes including the ring road round the old town, and every part of the historic town centre. The cafes are restricted to their interiors or immediate pavement, as the stalls cover the entire square. All categories...More

What a great market. Had the usual amount of cheaper goods but the food and antique section were wonderful.

Went to the market during the week ( Wednesday) in the morning expecting it too be quiet, but nope, quite the opposite, after a few minutes there I could see why. All of your grocery shopping can be done here, no need to go to...More
