This was a steep climb but had good views from the top as long as you could stand the high winds once up there (very calm in square below). It costs ā‚¬4 and was worth it

I got to the "Archbishops' complex" at 17:15 and they close at 18:00 so I was advised to climb to the Donjon top. I like climbing towers, belfries... So I was ready for a tough climb. As usual, it was dark and difficult to manoeuvre...More

Not really much here. 150+ steps to get to the top for excellent views. Add to that a good gift shop at the bottom, and that's all there is.

150 steps more or less, worth climbing. The views of the town from there are breathtaking. Be prepared for strong winds šŸ˜Š

It is worth the climb and the admission fee just for the fabulous view of the cathedral which you get from the top (and the heavenly breeze on a hot summer day). You can buy a pass for all the city museums (worth it if...More

Take the Climb up the tower (it has impressive views). Then Come Down for a Beer in the Square (or better yet send the kids up while you are having that beer in the square!

We climbed the stairs to the top of the tower (steps not as steep or narrow as some places we've visited so a fairly easy climb). Great 360 views from the top. There'sā€‹ hardly any information around though. As we were only in Narbonne for...More
