A nice place where to go for a walk, far from the overcrowded touristic ones. From here you can have the view of Grenelle and even the Statue of liberty! It is actually a miniature of the original one in NY and it was given...More

The Ile des Cygnes is one of my favourite isles now to visit in Paris - it is a beautiful isle containing the Statue of Liberty and a parkland all the way through. It has amazing views within the parkland across to the Eiffel Tower....More

A small narrow man-made island on the river Seine, it owes its fame to a replica of the Statue of Liberty located on it. It is also close to the Eiffel Tower and can be seen from it.

Actually an artificial strip of land measuring 36 feet at its widest point, created in 1827 to protect the Pont de Grenelle. Besides giving that point of support to the Grenelle bridge, it's claim of fame is that it houses a quarter scale replica of...More

Whilst similar to the Statue of Liberty in New York and worthy of a lovely photo opportunity I would not make a special trip to see it.It was a nice surprise to se from my hotel a quite a nice walk around the area.

Unfortunately, this park is not well maintained , unlike EVERY other park in the city. Grass and weeds need care before summer. Amd the pavement steps are in dire need of repair or replacement. Sad to say so.

890 meters long and 11 meters wide. An Island in the Seine that links two bridges and has the statue of Liberty at one end and a War memorial at the other. Very tranquil and not so well known. Great spot and among my favourites...More

This artificial island close to ten meters long and nearly a kilometer, is between the bridges of Grenelle and Bir-Hakeim. Created in 1825, this place is unusual and pleasant walk with a few hundred trees. Most athletes improvise a training session outdoors, with views of...More

We decided to take this stroll within the River Seine, towards the lady, and we were not dissapointed. First of all, it was a totally parisien experience, since no tourists accompanied us, but many locals were there for jogging or with their dogs. It took...More
