Impossible to miss right next to a metro stop in the 4th, it's not the most spectacular out of the many, many historic churches in Paris, but very soothing and beautiful nonetheless. Has some nice historical information (in English) on the building available inside.

A smaller gothic church was nice to walk in and see.. there was a painting in it by Eugene Delacroix and also scratched out graffiti that said "French republic or death."

I attended Sunday Mass here last week. It is a beautiful, cozier-than-Notre Dame but still magnificent on its smaller scale, church. Although I didn't understand the language, I felt special and welcome being there for Mass. The small choir sounded so fantastic so I can...More

The church itself is beautiful, but when we heard a concert with a soprano opera singer there, the acoustics were incredible. I would highly recommend booking concert tickets here if a show happens to be during your visit to the area.

Interior is a bit dark and foreboding. Big church, old, but not all that important. Skip the church and explore this terrific neighborhood instead.

Great cathedral with so much art work inside you can walk around and enjoy paintings. Some of them are breath taking. Really nice place

This church is fairly simple relative to the far more touristed Notre Dame and Sacre-Cœur, a characteristic that is perfectly befitting the Marais neighborhood. The narrow façade, nestled cozily into the surrounding buildings, belies what is actually a fairly large church. Saint-Paul is absolutely worth...More
