We went to see the area during the day. We are not night owls nor do we like to spend time at bars. As a result, we didn't find it very interesting with the exception that the windmill looks totally out of place. Interesting place...More

The red windmill is an icon of Paris and a great selfie spot. The area around the club is home to numerous souvenir shops and is famous for its nightlife. Definitely worth a visit and a selfie.

famous landmark where every tourist will take a picture. I didn't find it a dangerous area or busy . If you can afford the show I would have done it but people told me its not worth the price.

The Moulin Rouge windmill is a very famous (or infamous) Paris landmark. Very easy to see as you go by the Moulin Rouge theatre. Looks great at night when it is lit up.

It's a definitely one of landmarks not only of Montmartre, but the city. Comes alive after dark sets in, this is the best time to take nice photos and enjoy its splendor.

Montmartre
Montmartre is a bustling mix of cultures, colours, and
styles which changes from one street to another. Ride
the funicular (or, for a real workout, climb the
steps) to the sublime Sacré-Coeur (Basilica of the
Sacred Heart) with its inspiring view of the city. The
church is surrounded by provincial streets and piano
bars where tourists, artists, and street entertainers
thrive. At the foot of the hill, Boulevard de Clichy
