Yes, brilliant spot for taking photos of Eiffel Tower and certainly popular for selfies and posing on the day I was there - some folks to take the biscuit though!

Was on a walking tour of Paris and we stopped here to get some really good shots of the Eiffel Tower. Nice park and a good place for a picnic.

This is definitely a place to watch people, because there are LOTS of them here. It's hard to imagine how bad it gets when it's really busy. The view of Eiffel Tower is nice enough, but there are better views to be had elsewhere without...More

This is a high point with an open space in between two monumental buildings. It is looking down on a garden slope, with a stunning view of the Tour Eiffel. Kids love to skate board there ... which they probably should not do.

Definitely a must visit to have the best views of the tower. We visited in the morning and again in the evening to have a lit up view. Many people selling souveniers there, so one needs to be careful.

It’s busy, lots of tourists, vendors selling flowers/Trinkets/champagne. Pretty memorable setting for popping the question. Just be aware of your surroundings during the emotional moment. Congratulations
