Passage Verdeau is one of the 'youngest', opened almost 45 years after the Passage des Panoramas was inaugurated, and about 20 years later than most of the other famous Parisian covered passages. It was constructed following the opening of Passage Jouffroy. Moreover, even financially and...More

I love all of the covered passages and this is one of the best. Fairly extensive so it contains a lot of unique shops and cafes. Good place to look for souvenirs and enjoy the architecture.

Experience a unique part of your trip to Paris, by visiting the Passage Verdeau, among the many other passages in Paris. Although it is filled with shops, cafes, and other businesses, some of them may be closed in August, since this is the usual vacation...More

I was let down by the Champs-Élysées , but the passage was fun. Quirky shops, old book stores, neat little cafes. From stem to stern it was worth whiling away an hour or two.

This is a lovely little passage with interesting art stores, book stores, a nice embroidery store and a little cafe to sit outside and watch the passers by.

I love these old passage and visited this one as part of a self-- guided walking tour. It is very pretty and one that I would recommend. I was pleased to see that my favourite embroidery shop is still here.

Worth a visit if you are in the area. Wouldn't travel for it though. Really nice old building. You will get off the Main Street. I recommend the cozy little book shop a bit in.

Verdeau passage in the neighborhood of main boulevards, named after its creator. Built in 1847, it is one of the most charming walkways of the capital. It is located in the extension of two other well-known passages: Panoramas and Jouffroy. These sites form all three...More
