I cannot say enough positive things about our tour and its host, Davide. We had such a wonderful time and it was so much more comprehensive than expected. We were shown the *best* chocolatiers, boulangeries and patisseries in St Germain, and now we know why/how...More

Anthony was an AWESOME guide - bringing me to chocolate, bread and pastry shops around the Saint Germain area - I learned a lot about the different types of sweets offered, as well as what some of the industry honors/awards/designations are AND got to taste...More

I was expecting a predetermined set up however it was just going around to random chocolate stores asking for samples. Nice tour guide but this is disorganized and I think most people would have a similar expectation.

This class had more demonstrations than cooking but was informative, interactive and lots of fun. The baker is warm and funny, and helps you appreciate the art of French baking in just a few short hours. You do get to roll croissants, decorate and shape...More

How much fun was that. Dieter is the chef at Petit Mitterrand where we had our class. His sense of humor was not lost because he did not speak english. There was a wonderful translator who did a great job. We enjoyed the class of...More

This was my second chocolate and pastry tour (although this one is not really so much about pastries). There were just the two of us on the tour and we had a fabulous time. This tour in the 1st was just delightful.

Our chef Martha was a delight. Warm and friendly. We chose to do the optional trip to the market. Really glad we didn’t skip this part. It was fun to see her chat with her favorite merchants explaining exactly what she wanted The recipes she...More

We visited five chocolate houses, some award-winning for their creations. The first one was really good, but that was just a tease because each one seemed better than the one before it. Really enjoyed the dark chocolates at both Michel Cluizel and Edwart and loved...More
