Saw the tower in both day and night and it was exceptional. The light show on the hour at night was great, well worth sticking around to witness this. The only negative is the amount of pickpockets which were 'apparently' operating in the area. Although...More

Crowded and distant place, but if you have never been, probably worth seeing it, just to see it. Others may have different views on the subject. It was not for me. Similar to the lobby of a big vegas casino, but outside. Great place to...More

It's hard to imagine a big steel structure can excite you, but it really does. It's very magical! We went at 8pm in May which is a great time because when you first go up, you can see the city during the day light. Then...More

Lucky to have a bright sunny day with a clear views. Tickets were bought on sight and the wait was not so long. A must do in Paris but maybe doing with a tour guide would be better

Agree with the other suggestions given. Do not bring a large bag they go through your bag by hand. The earlier you arrive the better in July. Enjoy and make the best of your time together in Paris!

The queue for pre-purchase tickets to go up the tower was certainly shorter, so should save you time. However, you’ll still have to queue up with everyone else to get through the initial security check.
