The numismatic collections of the museum have been reworked, they are informative and are easy to navigate. A great space for children to interact with the displays. The museum also stages temporary exhibitions. The Monnaie de Paris was a perfect showcase for the monumental work...More

We enjoy exhibitions proposed at this small museum and come back here regularly. The whole visit takes usually about 45 minutes to an hour, thus perfect for our kids' attention span. The featured artists are out-of-the-box style, also suitable for young minds. The entrance fee,...More

After a disastrous visit a few years ago to see the Paul McCarthy expo, which was truly horrible, I was happy to return here since they have added many things since then. I came mainly for the wonderful temporary exhibit, Vendôrama Boucheron. It was very...More

Visited the Women’s Exhibition here last weekend, I am always impressed by this lovely space. Central location along the River Seine, beautiful architecture and interiors. Well worth a trip regardless of which exhibit is showing.

An excellent exhibition space. Great curation. The lighting and labels are managed really well. There are people complaining about the floornaments exhibition but it's not size that matters! It is a perfect place to host the exhibition and the location really matches the content. And...More

Hello Gabrielé, We're really sorry about this - and fully apologize for this bad experience! Although updating the museum is heavy work, there is no excuse for this and we fully understand your disapointment.

We visited the Musee de la Monnaie during October and saw the fantastic installation by Paul McCarthy. It was a sensory overload, especially with all the chocolate. The exhibition was extremely interesting and the impact it had during the art fair was brilliant.
