wandered the narrow streets on a morning and found delightful material for photo memories. It's a must see in Bastia.

A great place to wander round and soak up the old port and its buildings, churches and narrow alleys. Stop over in a quay side restaurant for a drink or food, but it ain't cheap. Then head up to the old city walls for more...More

Staying near the ferry terminal, we asked our hotel desk where to eat and they recommended the old port (Le vieux port). It's a great walk through town or along the water from the terminal and there are a lot of dining options. We ate...More

The best views of the port are from the upper part of the old town. Amazing vista's of the old town and port from the park above the harbour. On a sunny day the views are next level.

This is a very attractive area with lots of restaurants and cafés as well as the marina with an interest of its own. At weekends there are social and market activities close by.

This is no dramatic port, but just down from the citadel (museum) this little harbour is a pleasant place to have a drink or three or perhaps lunch. It's a little touristy but not too bad (I write in late August) and the place is...More

This was our last stop of our trip to Corsica. We visited as much as we could in the afternoon, but we should have planned for a longer stay. Nice old buildings built over 400 years ago and they have kept the character alive. You...More

It's a nice little port area, but can be difficult to find your way down to it from the citadel area. The restaurants around it didn't look too bad, but we didn't eat as it was just a morning stroll before heading off for our...More
