Absolutely stunning way to start a day off in Reims! Very educational; excellent guide and fabulous facilities. I would definitely recommend this as your first stop to the region.

Tour guide Daniel was excellent. Sat in very nice room where he explained cellar history. Interesting art collection also in the cellars. The cellar walk was very nice and vast caves are amazing dating back to 1700’s. The champagne tasting of two Champagnes were excellent....More

Having been to other champagne houses, we can honestly say that this tour stands out as being the best in the region. A big part of this was our host, Diane. From the moment we arrived right through to the end of the tour, Diane...More

Stunning buildings but felt very disappointed by the guide and the conference room style of lecture. Had high expectations when we arrived but this soon turned to disappointment when we led to a conference room for the start of our tour. Our guide was knowledgeable...More

This is one of the best tour we had and believe us when we say so as we lived in Napa Valley, and originally from the Franciacorta region in Italy therefore we had experienced plenty of wine and champagne tours. Our guide Claire is definitely...More

I did a tour of the cellars and the house in the oldest Champagne domaine in the world. Classy, elegant - both the tour and the Champagne. It's pricey, but I think worth it. It's not an every day drinking Champagne but at half the...More

I booked this as my first of several tours/tastings and it was a great introduction to Champagne and the amazing cellars. Included two glasses at the end of the tour.

Our 1st of 3 Champagne House tours. It was a great starting point. Compare to Veuve and Moet, they have the most amazing cellars and grounds. A very low-key and relaxing tour. Now we need to find a Ruinart distributor in Seattle.

A bit less “crowdy” and more personalized visit to a grand champaign house (this explains the price) followed by tasting of a reserve and a millésimé (vintage) champagne of the house. After the tour it is possible to purchase the champaign of the choice. There...More

There is much to see and learn in the tour of Ruinart. The reception rooms are both elegant and comfortable. The caves are breathtaking and one can only imagine how they were made by digging the chalk by the Romans. There is beauty around every...More

There is a service lift which I'm sure can be used - we came up to the ground floor level in it although we had entered the cellars by the main stairs. Worth the visit.
