After Covid struck back in March we had to cancel a crossing for a family member from Poole to Jersey. The service and voucher we received was very welcomed. Yesterday I called the Condor customer services department in Guernsey to make another booking for next week, well, outstanding. I wasn’t rushed, the Gentleman, an ex-RAF serviceman, was professional, friendly and above all detailed. I have never been so pleased to depart with hundreds of pounds! So, a massive well done to this Gentleman and Condor for keeping their heads and attitudes in the game! Nice job, done well. Thank you!…

Our group of travellers from Canada, while staying in Saint-Malo, visited the island of Jersey by travelling on the Condor ferry. The ferry left promptly early in the morning, and arrived in St Helier at the expected time. After spending an enjoyable day touring Jersey, we unfortunately were delayed on our return trip. Unfortunately this meant that due to our location we had to travel down earlier than expected. Not even a bottle of water was offered on this trip or an apology either. This was only compounded by being informed that repairs had in fact been carried out and we would now arrive early. Customer service completely lacking.…

We have traveled three times on the Rapide and once on Liberation, return journeys. We were delayed on the Liberation however Condor handled it very efficiently and came up trumps. Otherwise each journey was faultless. I know Condor come in for a lot of stick but I have found them very good. The boats are clean, the staff are polite and professional and indeed helpful. If you ran your car for as many hours per day as Condor’s vessels I doubt that you would find it that reliable. By the way there are some good bargains to be found in duty free and the staff in Liberation club lounge very attentive!…
