Good place to visit on a rainy day, the library inside contains a good selection of books on the region and Breton culture. Worth having a look! There is a nice terrace with the view over the port right next to the building.

an amazing building! the library is wonderful and so is the whole building. the whole city should be a building to protect the people from the horrible weather (constant wind and unexpected showers).
