If you visit Biarritz on a Friday make sure that you visit the halles de Biarritz. There is so much to see and to taste. All the hams are delicious and so are all the sausages. My favorite spot was located in the Fish hall....More

I love wandering around food markets to gain an insight in to what the locals eat.....this was smaller than I'd expected but had some interesting foods on offer....worth a visit though just to see the different breads and cheeses

Worth a visit regardless If you Are looking for food or not, try the oysterbar for fresh oyster at a low price ,6 euros for oysters and wine. Or just take a walk among local delicacies and fresh produce

If you are a real foodie wander around the market with all the fresh produce, meats cheese etc.. There is such a mixture of locals and visitors there, its got a great atmosphere. I had coffee and a crepe at a great little place there...More
