Strasbourg was quite a surprise because I didn't expect to see so many people... crowds... on the streets at all times. You had to watch out for the trams and the bikes. Beautiful, but a bit stressful for me.

Really beautiful and enjoyable city but busier than expected! Most things are on walking distance and lots of streets are traffic free.

For lovers of historical architecture, Strasbourg is a delight, especially Petite France. Get away from the main streets around the cathedral (jammed with tourists) and wander gently through Petite France. Slow down and soak in the atmosphere.
