name very deceive Not a waterpark that i had imagined i should have done my research before hand, however this is a lovely walk and pond and a nice picnic spot with a play area for the kids!

Easy to get to by public transport, reasonable parking space for cars. Park is quite small but is a very pleasant place for a short walk, especially with a dog. Lots of trees, so views change as you walk round the lake. The park links...More

I walk around here at least once a week,52 weeks a year and I'm never disappointed. It's never the same and the wild life is amazing. I've been lucky enough to to see a kingfisher once.

A great walk and not too strenuous. Fairly flat although a tad muddy in parts. Plenty of ducks, geese and swans. Free parking is a bonus. There was a tea/coffee van near the lake and also an ice cream van. Very safe to bring the...More

It's exactly a mile walk each time you go round ...good for joggers cycling dog walking etc Summer time get very busy with family's there is usually an ice cream van parked up for refreshments there's a play area for kids.

There is an information centre by the entrance. There are a lot of parks in Manchester but this is a nice place for a walk.
