Visited during the Pride weekend and had an excellent time. Always something going on outside to entertain people and opportunities to go inside and sit down. Wayne's a credit to the bar - always remembers the order each time we visit.
I live in Newcastle however have friends in Manchester so visit regularly and we go out to Canal Street and have visited this bar every time we have been out.

I’m unsure how you can immediately assume this client’s complaint is untrue without performing an objective investigation into this issue, speaking to each party. This response demonstrates an unprofessional, defensive partisan approach to a complaint which is the sign of bad management. If this is how you represent the nature of your club I should suggest people go elsewhere.
