A proper town centre pub, if slightly expensive but no worse than others in the area, good selection of beers which are well kept and served, pub grub available at lunch times of decent quality and price.

Great place to visit for one or ten. Wide range of well kept real ale beers and others. Ideally located a short distance from the Town Hall. We often use this pub as our meeting place and starting point.
