We called in here to look at the renovated areas of the library. Very nice set up with access to all areas.

The building itself is outstanding with many hands on screens to play with once inside. Cafe is easy for a quick drink with paper cups. However we found the archive research disappointing.

What a brilliant place. A library in an amzing building. A superb community resource. And the cafe was great too.

We waited two years to see the renovated library and what a disappointment. Although a number of floors it's all circular and to us quite boring.

Took a short trip to the library and while we didn't get to see much of it what we did see was impressive. A good mix of the modern and the classic. Well worth a visit - I'll be back

Absolutely love this library. It's huge, has a lot of good books, customer service is outstanding. The only problem is the kids in the lower library area. They always make a lot of noise, even though the area is made for children, but not high...More

Hi, Yes we have the MEN on microfilm. It's on open access and can be viewed anytime, no need to book. It's in Archives+ on the ground floor, behind the cafe.
