A big landmark here for Manchester which offers FREE entry, fun games and opportunity to have your photo taken with the Barclays premier league cup. A great museum on all things football, if you are in to footy then you must visit this place.
Worth a visit, free entry but do ask for a donation what is understandable. Plenty of things to see and do in there, got stuff you can pay for to have a go on.
Would be better if they had some stuff on lower league...More

I expected to spend about 30 minutes here, but I was fully engaged for nearly 2 hours! Much of that was down to my excellent guide, Craig, with whom I enjoyed a 1:1 tour. Highly recommended, even if football isn't totally your thing.
The slot machines upstairs definitely won the prize as far as my 9 year old companion was concerned, though at a cost of £1 for 6 old pennies, and each machine costing a penny, it turned out not that cheap!
