Quite beyond its initial ‘wow’ factor, this gorgeous park offers the ultimate in tranquility! Its autumn colours reflect the most beautiful of Nature’s palette. Easily accessible by public transport: buses 42 or 142 from downtown. Just ask the bus driver to stop at the Didsbury...More

This little gem of a park is not much known either to long-term residents. A perfect hideaway location if you need somewhere to chill out and detox of the buzz of city life.

Looking a bit in need of love and attention. Cafe did not appear to be open despite the times on the door saying it was. Extensive grounds with lots to explore.

Fab gardens and a delight to explore. Parking is a nightmare though ! but don't let that put you off. Make sure you buy yourself one of the delicious ice creams

I love this place. Just love it. It's a gem in the city, and somewhere that I spend a lot of time just to get a bit of peace and clarity. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

Hi Stayoshi, yes it's worth visiting throughout the year. There will still be plenty of greenery and the Alpine Gardens are always lovely. Look out for the monster benches with amazing carving by the gardens. One thing to... More
