May not be the largest cathedral in the country but beautiful stained glass windows and made to feel most welcome by the staff on duty. A place to experience a moment of calm and peace whilst in the bustle of the city centre. Café/visitor centre...More

I have been in here many times but this time I brought a group of friends who hadn't seen it before. They were very impressed. Especially with the choir stalls.

Been going into Manchester for 30 years but have only just ventured into this wonderful church ( to see some of the Manchester Bees). So pleased we did - what a beautiful building! The carving and the windows are exceptional.

A stunning interior with beautiful stained glass windows. Lots of interesting detail about local history. Local volunteers on hand who are very knowledgeable and happy to chat about the wonderful building. Free entry. Central location with cafe and bars close by.

An easy walk and a marvelous structure. You can actively attend a service if you time it right. Magnificent stained glass windows and very ornate. Larger than it appears from the outside. Some grounds to walk and near by pubs to enjoy. Take a look.
