The gardens are a hidden gem, next to the university. I have even missed them the first time. But they are very beautiful. A place to relax and to enjoy

Here is the national HIV memorial along with a statue of the great Allan Turin. So much history and respect to be shown in one small Park. Well with a visit, if your in Manchester.

Every time I'm in Manchester, I enjoy Sackville Gardens, a rather small park right off Whitworth Street. It's nicely kept and offers a respite from all the activity in the area. A real piece of Manchester!

Nice little park just off Canal Street which has the statue of the great Alan Turing. The man who saved Britain from the war but was still punished for his sexuality. Quite ironic that it is in this park as he would not believe how...More
