Attended with the wife and grandchildren who absolutely loved it. I was able to share the history and they were ever so keen to return. Definitely worth a visit.

A well layed out museum a lot of work must have gone in to making it as it is. It was free entry and the guide book is worth a read. Just needs a bit more signage for its location but it's in the corner...More

Fabulous watching the engines working, even if you think engineering is not your thing. Shame it is not more often open. (usually, just on holiday weekends plus Monday). Free, but you should leave a donation.

The museum is open in steam most bank holidays and every Sunday and Wednesday. When we are not in steam but will be happy to run some of the engines electrically.
