I'm just back from my first ever attempt at track cycling. Wow, It was superb! The coach was amazing (Simon). I was expecting to sit on a bike and cycle a little as I hadn't even used cleats before. Nope. After a safety briefing you get out on the bikes. The coach builds your confidence super quickly but is watching and looking after everyone. Absolutely fantastic. Great staff and a great experience! It was £16.10 for an hour and just over £6 for shoe hire. The hire shoes and bikes were in good condition and parking was free on a Sunday. Top tip, bring a water bottle as the air con dries your throat a little as you cycle.…

Went on a Sunday to the car boot sale. Unfortunately stopped at Cafè 42 for tea and a sausage cob.Tea was tepid and tasteless. Sausage was anemic and bland. They should be ashamed of themselves. On complaining was told they don't taste the food or drink there. Well, there's a surprise! As a Costa concession it wasn't cheap either. Disgusted!…
